My name is Roark Phillips, thank you for visiting my website. An Ancient Proverb states: “A JOURNEY OF A THOUSAND MILES BEGINS WITH ONE STEP.” When I picked up the chainsaw in the Spring of 2006 I would have never imagined the journey that I would be on. I have meet so many wonderful people throughout the United States and other Countries. To create a sculpture with a chainsaw or to piece together a functional piece of art with unique and one of a kind logs has been a journey that has taken on a life of its own. It has been exciting, relaxing and second to my family the most fun I have ever had.
